Ezo Dandelion
Asteraceae Taraxacum
A perennial plant that commonly grows from Hokkaido to the Chubu region. The outer bracts stand upright and do not curl back like the common dandelion. In urban areas, native dandelions have been pushed out by the common dandelion, narrowing their distribution range. Places where the Ezo Dandelion can be found are still in good natural conditions.
